Shaun worked with us to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Shaun before listing the house did a walk through with me and gave me suggestions on what minor things needed to be addressed to sell the home and get the maximum dollar for it. I was a bit overwhelmed at first , but Shaun said he would help. I couldn't believe it. Next day there is Shaun in my yard helping with the beatification of my backyard. The next day he showed up with some boxes to help me declutter some of my rooms. After Shaun helped me with fixing, decluttering, and dealing with all the tiny details He brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat!
